CraigsList Observations. For Realtors trying to generate leads.

Skim Google for “Secrets” to CraigsList Advertising and you’ll come up with a ton of half baked and out dated ideas. Here are some with personal observations.

SHORT ADS receive more clicks than LONG ADS and they have 80% more success to not be flagged. (True)



EBay is a great word to use in the subject of your ads. (True but Realtors seldom sell property on EBay)

Columbus, Indiana - Bartholomew County - Architectural Mecca
