About The New York State Association of REALTORS

The Albany, NY-based New York State Association of REALTORS is a not-for-profit trade organization representing more than 52,000 of New York State's real estate professionals. The association provides a variety of benefits including legislative and legal representation, educational programs, publications such as the New York State REALTOR and a code of professional standards. The term REALTOR is a registered trademark, which identifies real estate professionals who subscribe to a strict code of ethics as a member of the National Association of REALTORS. These REALTORS are also members of the New York Association of REALTORS as well as their local board or association of REALTORS.
The New York State Association of REALTORS was founded in 1905 as the Real Estate Association of New York State, and for a time was better known as the New York State Association of Real Estate Boards.

Throughout its history, NYSAR has remained consistent in its purpose, yet has progressed and matured with the times. The goal is to assist the association's members in conducting their business successfully and ethically, while promoting the preservation of the right to own, transfer and use real property.

Hello from beautiful Naples, Florida! I specialize in second homes, investment properties and luxury waterfront homes. I have been a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Florida since 1983 covering all areas of the Naples, Florida Real Estate market. With over 30 years of sales experience, you will find me to be knowledgeable in all aspects of a Real Estate transaction as well as my familiarity with the area. I moved to Naples in 1979 and love the area and all that it offers. Whether you have a passion for golf, fishing, tennis, shelling, shopping, boating, the beach or the arts, you’ll find plenty of choices in the Naples area. Blessed with a mild winter climate and a summer tempered by Gulf breezes, Naples has grown from a sleepy Florida town in the 1970's to a sophisticated city in the 21st century. I would love to assist any of your clients with a home in tropical Naples, Florida.

Referral business with fellow Realtors is very important to me. I pay 1st sale 25% referral fee, 2nd sale 30% referral fee, 3rd + sale 40% referral fee and you can rest assured your referral will be handled with the utmost professionalism.

Hello!  Native New Yorker living in Orlando Florida looking for referrals.

Do you have any clients thinking about moving down to Florida or buying an investment property?  Send me the referral and I'll pay a 25% referral fee.

I also do property management so I can not only find your client a home but I can also manage it for them if they buy as an investment.  Let me know if I can help.
